Appointments at our office typically begin with a health history form, as you no doubt would expect. Of course, you can choose to print out this form from this website and complete it at your leisure before you visit our office. Your skilled chiropractor will first consult with you, then perform a physical examination, including computerized scans and x­-rays(if necessary) to learn more about the cause of your pain or any other health concerns you may have.

To follow-up, we will take a look at the overall results, and together, come up with a plan of action specifically for you. We will discuss your current condition, our goals, and what type of care you will be receiving and what results you may expect.
